Well, I had thought I wouldn't update much anymore but I have had several people tell me they wish that I would continue writing. SO.... Here I go again.

Adoption Updates:

Sadly, we still have no update on our paperwork. We have been in IBESR since Nov. 2007. We had hoped and prayed that we would be farther along than this but, alas, we are not.

Today I have found myself very depressed about the entire situation and wondering if this, like our fertility, will come to an end with no child in our arms. My heart is sad and aches to have Sofia home and in the arms of the family God has chosen for her.

Life Updates:

Surprise! We're moving to Scranton, PA!! Chris got a new job and we will be relocating on or around September 8. I know it's very soon and I am up to my eyeballs in boxes and junk! It's a hard move but an exciting adventure that I know will bring Chris, Renee, and myself closer together. Wish us luck!

BTW, Sofia turned 2 on July 25, 2008 :( we're missing so much of her!
